The weird thing is if you look at the Top 5 Player Combinations the Millsap/Favors Combination isn't as successful(or frequent) as the Jefferson/Favors combination in the top 30 or so spots. It could be possible that the Millsap & Favors combination is inflated because of the times when Corbin played Millsap at SF with Favors & Jefferson. Which is very high in the combination rankings.

Obviously we should take whatever gets the best value from either Millsap or Jefferson in a trade but its interesting to look at the combinations because I know we have all argued on this board with who we should trade this summer so Favors can start next year.

I like Al's size better, but I've come to the conclusion that he shuts down too often and doesn't rebound, box-out, defend the pick-and-roll, or get to the line often enough to ever be on a contending team. You cannot shout long jumpers down the stretch or get three rebounds in 34 minutes to contend. For this reason and others, I want Millsap on the team, and I want Al out the door ASAP.
