Or how about we take a deep breath, myself a included? I as much as anybody am extremely frustrated but this team gelling is not going to happen overnight. It will most likely take months. We've seen small spurts and even though we are playing pretty terrible at times we are still within striking distance. We are beating ourselves more or less and the mistakes and laziness are fixable.

PS Mike Conley blows right now but he'll be ok.

I was about to make a post about how these people making these "trade Conley for X player" threads are a bunch of bullsock. I totally agree with you, Mike is playing crappy, but it's kind of expected for him to need time to get used to the system/new players.

People that are serious about wanting to trade Mike Conley are whiney babies
