I like Conley and think this makes us better for next year but I think it hurts us down the road.

Not me. I think we have drafted pretty well in the DL era. I think Grayson will end up being a decent pro. I had faith that we would do well with #23 too.

I have no problem trading out Grayson. He's a back-up guard at best on a good team. I have no problem trading out Jae. He's a flakey shooter who can't create and only rebounds when he wants to. There's a reason he's now been traded four times.

Jazz needed to make this move to open up a window of contention, and this is a good trade.
