Could Kanter and Gobert have worked?

Just because you brought it up ... Harden came off the bench. lol

Like I said... If I was Kanter and if this was the way it goes, I would accept it. It´s always great to start, but contending for a Ring as a 3rd option of the bench, would be great... Back in days, If Harden would have decided to stay in OKC, they would already have a championship...

You know what's stupid , normally guys that know some basketball get stupid when it comes to Kanter. Who's going to sit down a C/PF who's scoring 20 plus points a game and rebounding 12/14 rebounds a game ,shooting nearly 60% .
You think KD and Ibaka ...or Brooks see a Center doing what they've never seen or played with before and bring him off the bench.Adams will come off the bench like he did when Ibaka was healthy.
KD has always been a guy who shares the ball ,he wants to win . Westbrook,Waiters,Durant,Ibaka ,Kanter can be scary, scary good .

It's incredible how many Jazz fans are still trying to belittle Enes good performances searching for thousand excuses.

It's hard to admit the Jazz got screwed by the Kanter trade getting almost nothing in return for a potential All-Star player. The most funny thing I have read after the trade is that some posters wrote that Grant Jerrett will be the Jazz future stretch four! No comment. Lindsey couldn't even take the rights for Abrines instead of Pleiss.

There was no rush to put Gobert in the starting lineup since we were not battling for the playoffs after the All-Star break...Jazz could keep Kanter in the starting lineup till the end of the season and then see what would have happened in summer. There were all speculations that he would have taken the Jazz qualifying offer.

Maybe they just dont want anymore of your bologna. Begone!

Kanter could easily work with Gobert. They can both shoot threes. Problem is Quin refuses to let bigs shoot and he wont put a five on a four. If we only switched Gobert onto Boozer and let the four take J. Hill they would never lose that game.

totally agree. Quinn is so flexible in how he wanted to utilize our bigs when we had Favors/Kanter/Gobert, and it was inevitable that one of them will be malcontent with their minutes/usage, I don't see how many can argue against that. Quinn reminds me of how Mike D'antoni with NYK, how he refused to change his "system" even though he knows it doesn't fit with his personnels ...

Kanter was not then, nor is he now worth screwing with Gobert in any way shape or form. If is a travesty that Gobert was held back by Kanter as long as he was.

He is just considered as one of the best bigs in the NBA right now...

Like I told elephun, kanter can't do it hard against real teams. I don't care for the kanter fans and their bolgna.
