Well, Malone is the best PF of all time, and he could score in a way that perfectly complimented Stockton's shooting/passing ability. Sorry!

Like I said, Stockton was great. Just not an all time great. CP in Stockton's place would've done just as well.
 
One interesting thing to look at would be games that Malone missed that Stockton still played in while Stockton was in his prime of course.

Does a game like that exist?

Also, as I stated earlier, there is probably a game or two where Stockton was out but Malone played. How many assists did Stockton's backup/replacement get?

So let me get this straight... you argue that Malone inflated Stockton’s assists numbers, yet you say Malone is the best PF of all time (is he?), because he perfectly complemented Stockton’s abilities.

So Stockton is NOT an all time great because of Malone. But Malone is the best PF of all time because he complemented Stockton’s abilities. Got it. Makes perfect sense.

Your limitations on comparability while at the same time comparing is stupid. If you can shove CP into Stock's place and say what would happen, it's stupid that you can't shove someone else into Karl's place and say what would happen.

You can by looking at their skillset. What does Stockton do at an elite level that Paul wouldn't be able to?

Pass for more than 12 assists per game for 8 years in a row.
Play for 16 seasons without missing a game.
Instead of crying that he got fouled, maybe dig deep and get them the next time. There's a reason some of us refer to that "John Stockton game face".
Stock was a better passer, not flashier. He put the ball where different players wanted a pass, would be more effective with it, and could make a play with it after the pass. I honestly think he was the best ever at doing this.
Choose his shots and spots more efficiently, both from 3 and 2.
Put fear into opposing players when they have to set a pick against him. Even big guys didn't want to set a pick against Stock.

I could go on and on.

I do not believe this at all. I find it silly you do. Cp3 is vastly overrated
