I do want to mention that his shot looked way better. The announcers mentioned that he was working with one of the Jazz staff members on his arc and it really showed. I always hated Burks line drive shot, but he seems to have corrected it a little bit.

Maybe Jeff wasn't such a great shooting coach after all, because whoever coached Burks really helped him.

I would be really surprised. I still think Favors is the best/most impactful player on the team.

I think the point is Gobert can do a lot of things that Favors currently does... being long/athletic, blocking shots, helping on D...

I need to see a lot more from Gobert but really like what I have seen.
I've never been totally in love with Favors (HS, college, or NBA) because I've never seen a fire and I don't think he ever gets it. Yes, occassional sparks.. but that's it.
