Same. And it's not just for airplanes-- one time me and my friends were in a four-car train crossing the US border to go to sasquatch music festival, and my car (I was with one other person) was the only car pulled over and searched intensely.

Like alt said, that early in the year it would be hard to do because of snow but like naos said snow shoes help with that issue.

Really will depend some on what the weather does between now and then.
