They have to make is passed 90 days probation. During those 90 days is pretty strict on what you can get away with.

I've honestly never seen, or heard of, anyone get fired. Hopefully it's the same at Dannon.

I honestly don't worry if a referral it's good or bad. They have their interview process and evaluation criteria along with the probationary period. I'm just funneling potential candidates their way, which they desperately need.

I work in production. Operators start at $14, technicians at $16. Low level managers get 65k, and about same for entry engineering. So nothing special, but you can get away with anything. If you get a job offer, you're set for life.
