The Exum homers here are weird, I thought I was bad but Exum has been objectively bad after the first 10 games or so and he's not a solution over Rubio or Mitchell, both are guys who have proven that they can play at a high to elite level while Exum has only shown flashes.

Grayson and Niang are in the GLeague. Leave Thabo and Udoh on the bench. Play Rubio 26mpg. Play Exum 18-20mpg and hope like hell he has a couple big games.

I really wish our coaching staff and FO would have a conversation about what it means to build a player's value.

Is there any way Cousins can play the 4? 15 minutes a game at the 5 and 17 minutes a game at the 4?

If Utah cant run a traditional 2 big with Ridy and Cousins then it's dead. I'd love watching that experiment win or fail.

What we need is simple - we need Exum to play a bunch before now and January 15. If he can have a couple big games. 20+ 5 assist type games, he could be a good trade chip. A guy with his profile next to a guy like John Wall or Devin Booker or Aaron Gordon could be a sell.

Sitting Exum is just stupid in my book. Sure, he hasn't played well but its not like Rubio has played well enough to play 30mpg. And for the love of God, give Thabo's minutes to Exum instead of Thabo.

If we want to move on from Exum, we have to play Exum. Tanking his value like we did with Burks is idiotic. I don't want to pay Exum $10 a year to just sit there.

It's such a shame they don't have an expert like you to advise them. I mean, what better way to build a player's value than to have the other team watch him make defensive errors on multiple plays in a game?
