Dante Exum is back and bigger. Already.

I remember the hype about Rudy last summer. Then the pic of him hiking with distinctly altered muscle mass sent the board through the roof.
That is what I want.... Get hiking Dante!

I gained 8lbs in a week (10 days? Can't remember exactly) on a cruise. I also played basketball 1-2hrs and 1hr ping pong maybe 80% of the days on th cruise.

Granted, every dinner I had was an appetizer, 2-3 entrees and 2-4 desserts. I did eat lunch everyday too. If I wasn't doing sports... I probably woulda gained 15lbs in a week LOL. I think I was 16 at the time. Point is, putting on weight is not hard xD
 
Dante looks like he gained some weight. It's probably the reason he got back early to work it off before the summer leagues starts. lol

Well hopefully the eating habits he had that put on that weight stay the same and he gets into P3 and they turn it into muscle.

I would have loved to see Dante join Bryce in Providence to be worked out by God Shammgod. Dante has all the tools to be a great pg in this league, and what Bryce brings to the team is something Dante needs to emulate. He has the speed to run a fast break most effectively. He has all the tools. Hanging out with Bryce and working out with Shammgod would be a great way to prepare for Summer League. And I'm sure Bryce would have jumped at the chance to help Dante. Not sure what Dante's off season routine is, but Bryce is the definition of putting your nose to the grindstone.
