Dante Exum: shoulder injury

Jazz just need to ask themselves;

Do they beleive in the kid?

Do they trust their player development?

If the answers are yes, its not that complicated. My guess would be 4yrs @ $6Mil-$8Mil/yr. I just hope he gets a chance to get back this year, fingers crossed.

Where's your rebuttal? You don't agree that Dante came to the NBA too early? It was obvious he had not matured enough. The proof is in the pudding. If he had waited a couple years, he may not have suffered some of these injuries because he would've been a lot stronger. He has been rather fragile from the beginning. Opposing players were throwing him around like a rag doll even last year. He has matured a lot since then but unfortunately he suffered another misfortune.

Dude, no one cares how long you've been on here and backing your opinion by "what othere on the internet say" does nothing for me. You said the shoulder was a freak accident, he had an ACL, so what are these other "injuries" you speak of?

What rookie doesn't get pushed around if you play against starters? Anybody can look back with hindsight and questions decisions, about as useful as **** ona bull though, meens nothing.

And dont PM me whinging about Australians, **** is pathetic.

Listen, weenie, I've been on here for 14 years, the year Jason started the site. Sure, it's a freak accident but he's had other injuries. I think he should not have come to the NBA when he did. He wasn't ready; his body wasn't mature. And as I pointed out, one injury often leads to another. I'm not the only one calling Dante injury prone. Just go out on the Internet and see what people are saying, doofus.

Who gives a rats what knobs on the internet say?? injury prone normally infers something like recurrent soft tissue or joint injuries that indicate a player can't withstand the wear and tear. X played all 82 games as a 19 year old, then had an ACL which isn't exactly rare in basketball. Then some American douche decides he's playing Aussie rules on a basketball court and jumps on his head smashing his shoulder. Injury prone ?? Not exactly accurate

Nah, injury prone infers someone gets injured a lot.

Lmao. What was your username? I usually remember the nut jobs, so it might bring back memories. If you don't want to admit your original name, that's ok. I'll just assume you are lying. Either way, being around for a long time doesn't add the slightest credibility to your opinion in this case. Cool story though.

I'm well aware that you have company in your erroneous conclusions. Idiots like to run in packs.

You can think what you want, Assies. The bottomline is that I don't want him to get injured anymore than you do. But tell me, how many games has he missed in three years of playing and how many has he played? It was pretty apparent that Dante needed and still needs to get stronger. I did see some games live the last couple of years and noticed how other teams seemed to intentionally get extra physical with him because he wasn't very strong and was frustrated because the refs were then calling the fouls on Dante who tried to resist. I stick by my earlier opinion that he would've been better served had he played college ball in the U.S. for a couple of years before coming to the NBA. Why can't you accept reality? He hasn't lived up to expectations, yet. Of course, I like most of us here am still hopeful.

Of course he declared too early, hard to resist when you're told you're gonna get drafted top 10 tho. This injury is a freak accident tho caused by a reckless idiotic play, you just can't paint it any other way.
