One of my favorite Jazz players ever...he was fun to watch.
Other fun facts about the "Golden Griff":
1. Only player in franchise history to win Rookie of the Year.

6. Averaged 21 ppg over the first 5 seasons in his career. Maravich, Dantley, and Malone are the only other players in Jazz history to average 20+ ppg over a 5 year span.
I can't remember who it was, but some guy here was arguing with me that Griffith didn't deserve to have his jersey retired. GTFO...

I loved his rainbow 3s. Tried to emulate them when I was a kid.
Is that the guy you know this guy refuse to retire his jersey for 30 years? The same guy that refuse to give Stock an Nalone any money an spent for a championship?
Man, imagine if Mark Cuban owned the Jazz in the 90's. Would Stock an Malone be considered GOAT instead of Jordan?

You're thinking of Adrian Dantley. He was a good scorer, but never fun to watch. He just backed people down with his enormous butt and made layup after layup. Griffith, on the other hand, was wonderful to watch.
