I'm not saying he necessarily has the type A personality or leadership qualities of Favre. But perhaps he will. But what I do see is that toughness, the improvisation that comes from an inherent iq/knack/instinct for the sport that almost no one else has, that fearlessness, that love for the game. Bird had it. Favre has it. And I see it in Hayward. I really do.

Dude, Favre was and is tough. Gritty. Everyone always called McNair tough but why? Because he always had some ailment and limped around. Hell, he always missed games so maybe he wasn't that tough after all. Favre's a warrior. And hell, after Lebron, Favre is douche number two for me.
