What's new

Dear God help my poor soul.

As a Jazz fan, who do you want to lose more?

What's not to like about golden st? Entertaining and actually play hard. We are never entertaining (unless our starters are injured) and rarely play with effort.

Come on, watching Big Al take 10 seconds to get a shot off it exciting as, well, watching paint dry, watching grass grow, etc etc.

Watched Warriors Denver last night and that was fun to watch. Fast tempo b-ball, almost forgot it existed.

I don't think so Tim.

The warriors present huge problems for the spurs. Bogut can take it to Duncan. The youth and athleticism matches up well against the spurs' aging wings. And once golden st steals one from the opponent, kiss the series goodbye as they have the best home court advantage in the league.

The spurs are probably the #1 contender from the west now that Westbrook is gone. But don't underestimate what golden st's youth and athleticism can do. The spurs are getting loved after dispatching the worst lakers team in probably a decade or two. Lakers without black mamba and white mamba(steve blake)=worthless. Seriously, is there a team in the league that the lakers could have beaten without black and white mamba? Pelicans maybe? Tpups?

I see any of the remaining team as serious threats to the spurs. I just see a lot of defects on that spurs team. They ain't getting any younger.

The game is played on both ends. Assuming Bogut is on Duncan, Splitter would eat Landry or Barnes (their small ball 4) alive. Who exactly is going to guard Tony Parker?

The aging wings like Leonard and Green?

Big Al destroyed Bogut when the Jazz played the Warriors. Duncan would take him without much problem.

I actually like Denver. Like George Karl. I have nothing against Denver. I'm bitter toward the warriors tank job.

I hate the Nuggets from the rivalry between the rocky mountain teams. Dislike them for the Carmelo, JR SMith, Kenyon Martin, Birdman fake thug wannabe punk mentality.

The current Nugget team is not that team but I cannot seperate the two in my emotions. Having said that I really like Faried and hate that GSW actively tanked and tried to lose games. Unacceptable and they should be moved to Seattle, St. Louis or Vegas as a result.

So go Denver...shudder...

I really thought Fahried was going to dominate this series with his hustle. The ankle injury really seems to be bothering him. He needs to get the drugs Curry has been doing recently to get over ankle pains.

I'm not a GS or Denver fan but I really like their brand of basketball. The GS fans have been one of the most loyal fan bases in the country sticking with the team through year after year of suckiness. They deserve finally to have something to actually cheer for.

Isn't GS slated to move their arena from Oakland to San Fran? (Oracle Center is quite outdated and inadequate for the economic realities of modern day NBA.)

Also, I don't have problems with strategic tanking. Not as a general strategy but applied judiciously can work wonders. Just ask San Antonio. Why be mad at Jackson for doing what the Jazz should have done this year (not that I necessarily think playing the young guys would have resulted in worse record, but if it had, big deal in my opinion).

I'd rather watch Denver...and I hate the tank job the Warriors pulled.

Used to be my 2nd favorite team was Phoenix...that was a long time ago...

Seen some of the last couple games between OKC and Houston. Been fun to watch. Can't say I'd root for either team though.

**** the Warriors. Forever.
Exactly. No respect for Jackson, the players or owner after the classless tank job last season. It's one thing to go with youth and lose with youth. It's quite another to purposely throw the ball away on possession after possession to "come from ahead" and lose several games.
