Royce is so overrated as a perimeter defender.

simply put. no team's gonna win anything with Royce being your second best defender/rebounder on the floor.

Your typical "Jack of all trades, expert at none" defender. Too slow for guards. Too small for forwards/bigs.

Make him your tertiary guy on D. Give him 20 min a night. nothing more.

I really wouldn't mind seeing Paschall get some of Joes minutes to see if a little energy and intensity would help when we get stagnant on defense.

agree. especially when we are on the second end of the B2B. Jingles clearly ran out of gas towards the end and really shouldn't be on the floor.

I would love is someone knows of a stat that shows how many points above/below their season average opposing guards score against the Jazz. I have lost count over the last few years but undoubtedly lots of guys have had their career or season highs against us.

It is simple. We got 2 undersized guards and everyone can shoot over them.Than we got short overrated pf who can score only if he is wide open. Than we got great deff centar ,only what he can do on offense is dunk.Than u got jc who can winn u game but than 3 next game will drag u down badly. Joe got 1 good game than 3 is not exist.What piss me most is tight games when don trying to get on covers and Instagram stories , instead get all team involved and get winn instead hes own glory...On the bright side this team can beat anyone on giving night

The opposing KNOWS he is always shooting no what matter what...a fadeway 3 with closed eyes with 4 guys and the mascot on him, whatever. It's frustrating he can't make the right read and find the open man. It's always a horrible shot. Bogie hitting game winning 3s against Mil and Houston seem so long ago...

I wish for once Quin uses Don a decoy and gives the ball to someone else in some of these plays

I think nobody ever claimed that he's garbage. He's was perfect as our 3 pg. I just don't get how he gets to stay healthy now as with us he used to get injured after playing two games in a row.

You weren't paying attention then. There was plenty of great defense being played. Unfortunately guys were shooting over our little guys even when they played great defense. The game winning shot from the spurs was defended by rudy as good as he has ever defended anyone before but the dude made and insane shot to win the game. Kind of like the fade away buzzer beater three pointer from way beyond the three point line tonight.

See for me great little man defense is what Mugsy Bogues used to play. It’s what Davion Mitchell plays in Sac Town. Even Chris Paul plays much better D than Conley and Mitchell. If you sag off, are no threat to steal, and can’t get a hand in their face then what good are you? Pop’s adjustment at halftime was to exploit our guard line with the short game, and guess what, it worked!

I missed the game and realize Conley didn’t play. But Slowmo Joe who was never exceptional has lost a step. Guards Beal and Neto destroyed us again last night! Dinwiddie can’t beat his own shadow right now. I didn’t see the game, but let me guess, Spida on Beal?
