But in retrospect in wasn't a good choice. They'd be better off with a cheap guy at center (Steven Adams ) and Harden.
I didn't say it was a good choice.

Trading Harden was the right move. No way James looks like an MVP player being OKC 6th man.
It was a terrible move. He would have looked pretty good as a 6th man and could have, at the very least, gotten more than Jeremy Lamb for him if they didnt trade him out of $$$ desperation.
Was there some rule that wouldn't allow okc to start harden?Trading Harden was the right move. No way James looks like an MVP player being OKC 6th man.
With Schroeder looking like he has taken the next step this could get interesting. Teague and Schroeder are too small to play together, especially with no shot blocking center. They got out rebounded by 19 tonight its already a problem. Teague only has 1 year left after this as well, so it's unlikely his trade value will ever be higher. Realistically they want Burks or Hood to start, Pleiss thrown in as they like bigs who can shoot. They'll also try hard for a 1st maybe DL talks them down to the GS 1st. Anyways, an interesting scenario to follow especially if Burke and Neto suck it up and begin costing us games.
I'd trade Burks and solid assets for Teague.
Teague-Hood-Hayward-Favors-Gobert is sexy as hell and we'd still have Burke-whoever-whoever-Lyles-Withey off the bench.
Meh. I'm not in love with Teague at all. I'm weary of him. He looked good in Atlanta, but they had ultimate spacing. Playing in Utah would be a complete change and I dont know if he is good enough to really help us out on offense that much.
