I think Duron is a real good player.

But we'll have to see in the future what he's like without being in the Jazz's system.

Watching Boozer suck this year reminded me of how good our system really is. How much emphasis was given on the PG/PF....

His leadership sucks though. No matter what system he's in. Like King James, he's just not a leader, period. Great player doesn't always translate to being a great leader.

I'm not takig up for Deron, fwiw. I am just tired of how rampant shock-journalism has become.

Actually, I will share my opinion of the peice. Maybe Smith could have written about Kobe's talks as well as others. I could write an equally damning piece about how the strategists for the players have failed them by not better organizing to show unity. An egregious display of ineptitude on their part ... had the players been forewarned about the do's and don'ts .. had Williams and others been better equiped to show togerthernes???? <<<<< That is not my stance, just an example of spin and perspective.
 
I'm pretty sure everyone here hates Stephen A. Smith. The guy is a hack and a clown. Deron already gotten approval from the head of the players association that it would help the cause.
