Even if Favors was healthy his numbers wouldn't be as good as last year's (unless he just takes a huge jump with his shooting). Rudy has surpassed him in the offense as a rim threat. I dont equate his numbers with him getting healthier. More so I equate his defensive impact to his level of health.
I don't think he would have had a huge drop. Maybe a decline in rebound rate, but his mid range game was so good, that it would have only made Rudy look better with more space to operate in. He has even hit a couple threes this year. He was finishing really well in the restricted area last year as well, and he hasn't been doing that this year. He may have gotten less opportunities, but his efficiency should be better when healthy.
