Well so far league pass is an unmitigated failure. Signed up for the free trial and every game says "unavailable due to technical difficulties". Great way to get people to over-pay for your service. If the free trial doesn't work why would I pay for the full version?

Also, why do some of today's games say "video" on the game widget and others say "audio" even while the games are still in progress?

Because nationally televised games are not included in league pass on tv or the internet to protect ESPN and tnts rights...sucks when the jazz play on tnt and you can't get the first ten minutes ANYWHERE

The ones that only.give you the audio option are nationally televised, the others should be working. I did get the error you describe a couple times last night

For a shortened season NBALP is really expensive. Especially within the Turkish Lira.

I was considering purchasing it but I couldn't afford because of being unemployed and broke.

And here is the beautiful irony: When I start to work again I won't be able to watch the nba much.

to put it in persepctive i pay 12.5 euros a month for my internet connection and my standard HD tv package about 30 channels.
nba is asking me 34 euros per month for a lockout season

NBLP is maybe the most expensive sport deal currently. And now in Turkey a pay channel got the broadcasting rights so there will be very few games free.

Any way it is off topic but I'll be glad if you answer this:
12.5 euros for the connection which is in your signature? 108 Mb/s? If it is, that is insane. I am paying about 30$ for a pathetic 8Mb/1Mb adsl.

I did. And now the Jazz suck, the Nets suck and one of the other players I specifically want to watch is injured and out for a few weeks. Sucks to be me.

It'll be fun to watch the young guys. I bought it specifically for this. I knew they were going to be terrible, predicted 20-46. Looks like a stretch now.

I've been using the free trial of NBA LP Mobile. Not too bad. I watched Jimmer play on my iPod Touch last night. Don't worry, he's still a good shooter on the small screen.

How do you set up the mobile piece of the free trial? I am traveling tonight and want to watch the game on my tablet.
