Really? She said that she believes in science, and then proved that by saying that climate change is real and that she believes in creating green jobs to save the planet. Unfortunately the science she purportedly believes in claims that we cannot save the planet by converting to those green jobs. What she really believes in is regulating and taxing more and more and more.

They also instructed the crowd to chant HILL-A-REE every time an opposition chant like BERNIE started up. It worked perfectly. I had wondered how they solved that problem. Now I know.

It's also just considered a state issue.

Technically, all states could legalize Mary Jane.

I'd think a republican like you would appreciate democrats not taking a stand on cannabis. Federal overreach anyone?

No it's not. It's federally illegal. It's a schedule 1 narcotic. If Obama wanted to he could instruct his cabinet to enforce the law and arrest every marijuana distributor in states where it is "legal" and throw them in federal prison for life.

Also Eric Holder raided the **** out of medical marijuana dispensaries during Obama's first term. He raided more dispensaries during Obama's first term than the Bush administration raided during his full 8 years.

Yep, no matter how you feel about this issue, using federal laws to strong arm/trump states rights - really one of the unspoken disgraces of this administration
