Do the Jazz abandon "the process" this summer?

Barnes played less minutes this year than he did each of the previous 2 seasons MPG averages don't change that fact...whats so funny about that?? I've been in these threads crunching minute/rotation totals and shot totals.

How many outstanding calls have I made in the few years I've been here? I don't remember you making one. How many times have jerk offs from this forum lined up to battle me in these discussions for pages, and been totally wrong?? A lot.. here's some examples;

What'd you have to say about Rudy befor ehe was drafted? I showed up to Jazzfanz talking about him being an interesting fit and that I wouldnt complain if they took him with their 1st 1st round pick

Idiots lined up en masse to fight me over 'overpaying' jeff teague summers ago too, I said 4 yers 40-44mil would get it done and he ended up signing for 8 per.. I was right on the $$.. They hated the idea of trading for Derozan and extending him for 40 million /4 years too.. LOL

people fought me pages and several years over if Al Farouq Aminu was an actual NBA player.. summers in a row..

****in miserable people y'all are.. I came to this board and took a giant **** on most of the logic you present here, you can try to ridicule me but you can;t duel me on my level, laugh it up.

People didn;t like the idea of signing Tobias harris last offseason but LOVED the signings of Neto, Pleiss and Ingles, I was ridiculed for pages over it too, and I said "this team isn't being built to withstand injuries" which proved precisely true. Also correctly called the under in the win total thread.

I was the original person on Jazzfanz to call Trey Burke overrated, no one detailed it more than me in the draftee's thread not even close.. I called out most of his weaknesses several months before was threads on here comparing him to Chris Paul. I also correctly located Dennis Schroder as a definite greater PG target, which rang true.

I detailed how Trey Lyles could shoot posters almost unanimously thought he couldn't..

I suggested drafting Norman Powell in the 2nd round several times last season..

I correctly predicted Zach LaVine would be a lottery pick way in advance, when DX had him in the 2nd round and posters, for pages thought he was too skinny to play in the NBAm and that his fat teammate, Jordan Adams was better.

I said that Rodney hood was going to be one of the best lefty shooters in the league..

I was in the 2014 draftees thread saying the Jazz should try and trade up high enough to promise Porzingis to stay in the draft..

I was posting about Hassan Whiteside when he was in the Lebanese leagues..

I'll keep going..You tell me first, why the hell would I take your word over mine? what do you know about these matters other than basic **** I've already accounted for???

Barnes would be far less productive away from Curry and the Warriors, just like guys like Esley and Anderson did, who both enjoyed success playing with Stockton and Malone, both left and they were never heard from again. There ya go, thats how the next 2 seasons works with Barnes..

It gets a little bit more tricky triyng to retain Favors in the summer of 2018 but thats after 2 years of 'going for it' so some sort of change will probably need to be madeif things aren't working out..

Going for what? Great, we get a little better but we're not winning it all the next two years so that does jack **** for us other then **** ourselves long-term because we'll be unable to re-sign Favors, and possibly Exum, Hood, Lyles, and others. What an ingenious plan. I'm sure we'll be able to wriggle out from those shackles quite easily though. Teams will just be lining up in two years to get Barnes at about 22M in a trade when the cap is going to stay the same and maybe even go down. Brilliant, my man. Brilliant.

Get Bazemore, who'll be cheaper, fits a role, and imo may be the better overall player.

You did originally say that they (the warriors) reduced his minutes though. As if the warriors were intentionally playing him less. Like benching him and whatnot. Then when i pointed out you were wrong you changed your tune and started talking about his total minutes being less due to injury rather than minutes per game.

They reduced his minutes this season, I think they're preparing for him to go elsewhere..

Its ok to sometimes simply say "you got me on that one, i was wrong."

Get Bazemore, who'll be cheaper, fits a role, and imo may be the better overall player.

statistically bazemore averages more points, rebounds, and assists than barnes. And bazemore is probably the better defender. Of course barnes has a ring so nothing else matters. We should max joel anthony too since he was a starter on a championship team.

Will he be cheaper? The fact that there are talks about Barnes getting maxed out means Bazemore (I doubt it though, but it's not like Bazemore will be cheap at all) could very well be maxed out too.

There is no telling what people will pay this year. There are only a few top tier free agents and nearly every team in the NBA will have an insane amount of cap-space.
