Do You Allow Exum To Play During The Summer?

Do the Jazz have any power to not let him play? If not, the thread is moot.

It's not as I am asking for opinions on it. While they cannot forbid him then can certainly apply a lot of pressure.

Thanks for letting us know your official position is that you have no official position.

Last year I didn't want him to and he got hurt. This year he's rehabbing and I want him to, to get back in the flow of the game, get in game shape, etc.

Yes Though if Jennifer Lopez can insure her butt then the Jazz should insure Exum's left & right ACL & MCL.

It sounded like he was setting the stage to let his country down easy. Framing is important when your image is your income.

Let's compare/contrast the Utah/Exum scenario to the OKC/Adams scenario.

Steven Adams is the only NBA player the Tall Blacks has access to, and yet he has not played a single game for the Tall Blacks ever since he has entered the NBA. Sam Presti has been very smart about this, even though he has encouraged Adams not to play in the offseason (keeping Adams fresh for the NBA season + reducing chances of an injury), Presti and Adams visited New Zealand in the offseason and held various basketball clinics for the kids and do a lot of other things for NZ basketball (everything except Adams playing in the offseason for the Tall Blacks).

I know this is small sample size, but you can compare/contrast the differences in how each FO handle their international players...

Exum missed all season with his knee. Do you, if you are the Jazz FO, allow him to play for his NT this summer? Then put him in SL?

Why or why not?

If he is dumb enough to play for his NT this summer, after what happened last year, then I question his commitment to the Jazz. Trade his ***.
