I always found heavier death metal to be my music choice when roasted. Preferably something with dual bass drums, or a lot of **** going on in the back ground. German techno metal was ****ing great to listen to with headphones on so yOu could soak up every little beat and note. Quality stuff.

When all else failed, GAZA or Cult Leader fills me up righteously.
