Right now Gale Miller would be an improvement over Corbin

Right now, even Glenn Miller or Oliver Miller would be an improvement.

How could anyone possibly know? When and where has he coached? Why does anyone get hired for a top position, head coach, when they have never filled that position at any level????? Blows my mind.

If I was an owner, I would never hire hire anyone for HC who not head coached at any level before. And if I had a "chosen" guy like Ty, I would tell him to go be HC at UVU or East High for a year or two at least.

It's a simple question, guy. Lets get all worked up about it and junk.

Maybe if you put him on the bridge but NOT the captain's chair.

Coaching - like almost everything - requires experience and a lot of it to be good. Let's not make an even more premature decision after seeing how poor of a job a guy with 0 executive experience in coaching did, especially since Harpring doesn't even have experience in a lower-level position that Corbin did.

But again, put him on a staff, sure.

If I had to pick a coaching staff only consisting of former Jazz players who would give good interviews Matt would be on it with Karl, Dee Brown, and Mark Eaton.

...that Harpring would make a good coach? It seems like he's almost always on par with what we, the fans, are thinking. He's an aggressive personality and he's charismatic and has a high basketball IQ. Discuss.
