It is pretty obvious that the Jazz as an organization doesn't really have a plan. The Jazz only have themselves to blame for the situation they are in. Giving a max contract to a good player AK and then not be willing to admit they made a mistake by never trading him. The Jazz would not be in this situation of potentially losing Boozer if they had made the deal with the Suns or if they hadn't extended Okur. So maybe they are trying to win a championship but they certainly are very smart about it.
