Dok's and Bolarmo's options not picked up:

Dok looks useless but I think if balmaro gains some confidence on the offensive side of his game he could be a solid 9th or 10th man in a rotation

Bolmaro is far more useless than Dok. If you are scared to shoot, can't make when open, can't finish in the paint, and struggle to get your shot off when defended you don't have a NBA future unless you are just incredibly talented physically and in other aspects of the game.

We picked Butler before Ainge joining the team. I think Butler was DL's pick so not too surprised we shipped him off like that

Unbelievable, we kept these two jokers over Butler, who was at least able to somewhat contribute on both sides of the court.

Iverson voice: "...we in here talking about Butler. I mean, listen: We talking about Butler. Not a rotation guy. Not a rotation guy. Not a rotation guy. We talking about Butler. Not a rotation guy. Not a rotation guy that has gotten any better or become more consistent on his shot. Not the rotation guy. We talking about Butler, man."

People are going towards Butler, but my bigger question is towards Johnson.

Seemed like he fit the team more than Bolmaro. I get keeping Udoka because of center depth issues, but why keep Bolmaro? The dude looked like a guaranteed non-NBA player in SL. Johnson also seemed like a positive dude. Maybe he had more expectations for minutes than the Jazz we're willing to give, so they just parted ways.
They may have thought someone would pick Johnson up since he was on a min deal. Would have saved Ryan some coin. I'm honestly shocked he is unemployed still. Stanley was really good in his brief appearances and seems to be amazing in the locker room. Like I would have thought Miami or Phoenix would have picked him up since they have issues at PF.

There also may have been some priority based on contract size but if they are actually being competitive then Stanley is a way better fit.

As one of the biggest JB supporters here... it sounds like he was a cocky ******* who isn't ready to be the player he could be.

How would butler contribute? Be insurance in case Conley, Clarkson, Sexton, NAW, and Beasley went down to injury?

I mean even Nick Richards would’ve been much better than Dok. The dude currently averages near double double in 20 minute.
