I'm looking to this election to decide if I'm hopeful for the midterms or if I just give up on the USA. I work almost exclusively with huge MAGA drones and it is draining. They talk to me about politics and I just put my head down and don't participate but they don't get the hint. They look at me and the job we do and think I'm on the team. I'm as white as they come, doing a hard physical job, pretty much everyone I work with is from rural areas. They all hate cities. They hear I'm from Utah and automatically think white straight man from Utah doing a hard physical labor job, obvious Trump supporter. So they say all the stuff to me. All the stuff I come here and associate to MAGA and the local trolls insist isn't what MAGA thinks. I know it IS what MAGA thinks because I hear it directly from their mouths as we are on our hands and knees turning wrenches, covered in grease, soaked in sweat, cuts on our hands, bruises on our bodies from contorting ourselves into tight spaces. They are telling me what they believe. They are telling me what they are motivated by.
I ****ing hate them. I ****ing hate them. They are modern day Nazis.
