Every human is racist to some degree. I don't see any evidence Mitchell is to a large degree.

I don't know what else she's said or how she has established her side of the story. If she is going public (a completely unnecessary part of the judicial process) with allegations then she really has the burden to substantiate those allegations. If she has then that's fantastic. I hope she is able to achieve whatever remedy she is seeking.
