So is having a PG tandem of Neto and Burke. Both are backup quality players.
EVERY team (well, except for Washington) has a better home vs. road record, Yes, Utah's is worse than teams with better records. Compare the 5 1/2-game difference vs. Memphis: Utah is 2 1/2 back in home games and 3 in road games. Jazz have a better home record than Dallas, but are 3 worse on the road.

I think the goal of a good team (50 wins) is to win 29-30 at home and finish around .500 on the road (20-21 wins). Teams like Memphis, Atlanta, Chicago, etc. are on that type of pace. Does Utah need to win a few more road games? Yes, certainly, OR they need to be a lot better at home, which was the mark of the Stockton/Malone teams. Do the Jazz need to get healthy and stay healthy. Yes, having Favors and Gobert back leads to wins. Do the Jazz need to get better contribution from the PG spot? Yes.
Exactly

I can't understand you. You said our road record is the reason for where we are in the standings.
I agreed that is a factor and agree that we are not good on the road and it's a problem.

I simply said that I think the biggest reason for our position in the standings is injuries.

It's almost like you think that because I say that injuries are the biggest reason for where we are in the standing that somehow means that I disagree with you when you say we are not good on the road.

There can actually be multiple reasons why the jazz are still 2 games from the 6th seed. I never said your reason is wrong or isn't valid. I just added a reason of my own.

You are a special person and your opinions are very valid and important Frank.
I'm sorry that I didn't only go exactly with what you said and instead added my own opinion into the reasoning for the jazz playoff position.

I will try to just agree with you in the future

Is Rodney Hood the next Dwayne Wade?

Is Rodney Hood the next Dwayne Wade?
Dwayne wade was never much of a three point shooter.

Kind of a crappy comparison for you to make.

It's the only plausible explanation. If we were even .500% we would be in fifth maybe?
What if we were 1.000% at home doe?

It's hard for me to critique this team's inability to win on the road when the starting unit hasn't even played together for most of the season.

It's hard to critique a team's road play when starting two rookies in our rotation, with Jeff Withey on the side.

Let's bury this thread with a single stat:

Jazz are 7-3 on the road when Derrick and Rudy play together.
