If Embiid is the next Hakeem Jazz take him.
Jazz then have to decide who to get rid of from Favors, Kanter, Gobert.

I would take Embiid and run and hide. Top 2 center in the league in 3 years. Probably he's the #2 talent in the draft.

But I'd think about Marcus Smart and Julius Randle.

Embiid + Favors with Gobert coming off the bench gives us the best paint defense in the league.

I like Exum's speed, and I like Randle's all-around game, but neither would be as devastating as Embiid.

You see how easy it is to get shooters to space the floor. Even Richard Jefferson and Marvin Williams are producing there. An offense based around Embiid with floor spacing and Burke/Hayward moving the ball and Favors as a 4th option would be plenty of offense.

If he reaches his potential, yes.

Would Embiid, Favors, Gobert give Jazz enough scoring though?
All seem to be centers.
None seem to be a stretch four that every team needs.

Darft Embiid and trade Kanter.

Im thinking seriously that we HAVE to get one of those two, so we trade our pick and whatever the hell it takes, besides God, Favors, and Burke to get a top 2 pick.

Toss up for me between Randle, Exum, and Embiid. None of them are a current position of need per se.. but Embiid may be able to save us the most money on the books the next few years.

Embiid.

Drafting him easily makes us the the biggest if not the best front court in the entire league. He and Favors could develop into something like what the Spurs had in the late 90s early 2000s or what the Rockets had waaayyyy back when with Sampson and Dream (prior to Sampson's injuries).

With Embiid and a solid 2 picks to fill in backup PG and a solid wing, this team would be into the playoffs and able to compete with anyone. And if there's one thing Indy has taught us, size can be a great neutralizer. No one can stop Durant or James. However, size can help contain them and beat the hell out of their team's soft under bellies. If Miami or OKC go down it will be because their bigs are destroyed.

Whether or not Embiid is a better pickup than King James II remains to be seen. To me, Parker provides so much. Ball handling, scoring, leadership, etc...

I have this weird feeling Exum is going to be really, really good even though I'm never blown away when I watch him.
