Ya but, how many games do the Jazz lose anyways because of missed free throws?

Over all, Dwight Howard does far more good than bad for his team. No player is perfect. You always have to take the good with the bad. You work around what the player can and cant do. Shaq lead teams did just fine with his poor free throw shooting.


Really this thread should be titled, Howard sucks at free throws. Thats it.

Ill take Howard over Al Jefferson any day, and Al Jefferson can shoot free throws.

There have been a few pretty perfect players. Some of them are in the league right now.

Howard sucks at more than just FT's. His post game is definitely not where it should be.

Would you like him to be more like Al Jefferson? That isnt what he is. He is a power player that doesn't need to rely on a fancy low post game. The only way you can stop him is to manhandle him and foul the **** out of him. Ya, that puts him on the line, but he still gets 1 point out of it and puts foul pressure on your team. He can give you 20 a night easily. You add that to, he is the most dominant rebounder, and defender in the league and you get the best big man in the league. So every other big man in the league must measure up lesser to him somehow, right?

Now what were you saying about he sucks?

How bad can he suck if every team in the league would value him as the best big man in the league? I think its just haterism.

Sometimes when I'm playing against my little brother I forgo my sweet post moves and just push him out of the way and dunk on his face. I think Howard will be fine.
 
I'm really looking forward to the 7th when the Lakers come to town.

I want to see the Jazz break them. I want Favors and Kanter to make them bleed. Hayward and Foye to be ridding Kobe all night long.

I am really looking forward to see how Gasol handles the physicallity of Favors and Kanter. Our bench is going to eat theirs alive.

Hehehe.... I like that attitude. Favors and Kanter should beat the hell out of Dwight and wussy Gasol.
Although instead of Foye, I'd rather see Hayward and DeMarre Carroll riding Kobe all night long.
I think Foye will just get killed off the dribble every time.

The Lakers bench is definitely horrible, and I think they're finally getting their just desserts.
Jazz bench >>>>> 3/4ths of the Lakers entire team.
