Not a racial comment. Just a West Virginia probably has some really odd looking girls in general comment, thus your attraction to this woman.

Of course, I've never been to anywhere that doesn't have a good amount of attractive women.....expect for India and China.

Lol, WV.. especially Charleston and Huntington have a big african american/asian per capita. Theres a lot of Italians too, but yeah there is a lot of fugly looking women around the sticks.
 
Meh, I give her a 6. Not sure what's so special about her. As mentioned before, I see women that good looking at the supermarket.

She is a solid 8 - much better than half the women I meet in a typical day, but not hot enough for me to have to change my shorts.
