I'm really not a big fan of EM, but there are a couple that I dig for some reason:

Boards of Canada - particularly the album "Music Has The Right To Children".

Tycho - I've only listened to the album "Dive", but it's pretty good.
 
Does electronic influence count? If so I like some of it. KMFDM and Rob Zombie are 2 of my favs who use quite a bit of EM in their stuff.
 
This song changed my life. Granted, it was 1984, but... ya, it's electronic music. Fer sure. I dare you to listen all the way through it.
