Not worried about Parker or Embiid not declaring. Next year will feature three bigs (Okafor, Turner, Alexander) who are all potential #1 picks with arguably higher ceilings than anybody this year.

I love the NBA draft. Every year, the next year's draft is awesome. Then come draft time, the draft is now deemed over-rated. BUT, wait until next year. There is *insert 1-3 names* that will be much better than anyone this year. Ha ha. The grass is always greener.

More fuel to my two year tank theory:

Did anyone hear Randy Rigby last night? He talked about how this is a slow process, that they would be adding a very talented, but very young (he specifically said 19-22 year old) player to add to all our other young players. He talked about how Burke is a top 3 player from last year's draft, but he has had his ups and downs, and how we need to be patient with the team and really enjoy the development of the kids, even if it takes a little longer than we expect.

Mark it down, you heard it here first, we will tank another year. OKC model.

According to sources, Duke star, Jabari Parker, is "stuck in the middle" about whether he will declare for the NBA Draft or stay at Duke. Don't you love Twitter "According to sources", that's awesome.

Also, 1280 reported that Utah was 13th in attendance this year.

With markets like Dallas, Houston, Boston, Philly, Lakers and Clippers that is still pretty dang good for small town Utah.

Now that Jabari's season is done, I think the Jabari and Bennett discussion/comparison should come back in our discussions.

They are the same height at 6'8". There is only a 5 lb differential in weight between them. They played the exact same number of college games.

Kind of scary, eh? This is the danger of a tweener. On one hand he could be Carmello, and on the other he could be Anthony Bennett.

Bennett is 6'7" in shoes, Parker should measure 6'9" in shoes (my eye test rarely fails).

At the time of the 2012 draft everyone said 2013 would suck and 2014 would rock. Both predictions were correct.

Now everyone is saying 2015 will be relatively bad (unless guys go back to school), and that 2017 will be great. Not sure about 2016.

Your comments are not true in the slightest.
