Embiid has a new foot injury

Only 82 percent of all people come back from this surgery that he's going to have on foot.

I wonder what the percentage is on 7 footers with this surgery? I'm guessing it's not good.

In 3 years he's had 2 bone breaks and lower back injuries in high school. He's had more injuries since high school than Oden.

And you guys still want to draft this guy? He's Greg Oden 2.0

I'm sure the Jazz are having their own doctors analyze the information on Embiid's injury, but to tell you the truth, If I'm DL, I don't think I'd want to take a risk this big. If the Lakers or Celtics want to work a trade with us (if he falls to #5) I'd definitely listen.

I would definitely get a copy of those x-rays and have them authenticated. If they are legit, run away. At the very best he is going to be playing gingerly for the next two years if at all. That will certainly harm his development to the point that he may not recover even if his back and foot do.

Cavs and Bucks are chilling. It's Wiggins-Parker or Parker-Wiggins. Can't go wrong.

Philly and Orlando, good luck to you.

Anybody who takes him better plan on him sitting out all of next year.
That team goes lottery again and gets another high pick.
It's a calculated risk that will take a long time to see the benefits of.
