Enes Kanter works out for the Jazz

No.. It means some of those other guys will be gone. (Okur?)

Kanter would be a project. A good gamble, and a worthwhile project, but a few years from really contributing.

Hmmmm. Right now it looks as if Okur comes back this season, Favors is replacing Evans on the roster. I don't expect that to be the case next year. At least we'd have plenty of options next year; always a good thing...

Looks like another stiff to me...

Highly doubtful that this guy turns out to be a stiff!

I'm a huge UK fan (born and raised in Kentucky) so I've followed him for a while now. His name rhymes with "Dennis" BTW.

If you watched the Nike Hoops Summit, Enes Kanter Dominated Jared Sullinger! 34 points and around 13 rebounds. All the College stars played in that game (Sullinger, Kyrie Irvin, Harrison Barnes, etc.) and Kanter outshined them all. His 34 points broke Dirk Nowitzki's record for that game.

Kanter can hit the jump shot and I'm not sure if he's even turned 19 yet!

I remember there being some drama surrounding this dude. Here it is:

"However, the NCAA has ruled him permanently ineligible as a collegiate basketball player because he received approximately $33,000 from Fenerbahçe Ülker to pay for educational expenses. The NCAA eventually ruled that this amount was above and beyond what would normally be considered acceptable.[1][2][3][4][5] On January 7, 2011, the NCAA rejected Kentucky's appeal, upholding that Kanter is permanently ineligible.[6]"

Also, someone correct me, but if he signed now, wouldn't he be ineligible for the playoffs (assuming we get there)? Not that it matters, it just seems weird to sign somebody now.
