Exum has outplayed both of them this season. Snyder has his reasons for not playing him in the playoffs much but what we can judge them on is what they do when they play and Exum has played better than Mack or Neto this season.
So what are they? Why isn't he playing Exum if he has clearly outplayed Mack and Neto? Why would a coach do that? Makes zero sense.
Does anyone have theories here?
It's so bizarre to me that we have two lottery picks from just a few years ago who can't get any burn, who aren't contributing at all, despite zero competition in front of them. I could understand if Exum had Westbrook or CP3 ahead of him. Or if Lyles had Draymond Green ahead of him. But neither face any competition yet still can't get any burn.
