What's new

Enter the Dragic!

If any thing the jazz should get involved bidding on dragic this off season just to make Portland way over pay for him so they screw their cap space. they have screwed us enough.
We screwed them more. All they've done is overpay Wes Mathews and made us overpay Paul Milsap.
We took their pick which got us into the Western Conference finals.

Holy ****, good find.
80% of them want Dragic
20% want Lowry

wow...that is either really dumb and impulsive or they really do like him that much.

lowry missed a lot of games this season, and the rockets have been playing great lately, so some of that is impulsive...but I really think getting lowry is more realistic than getting dragic.

If it's more likely to get another team's player that is under contract for a few more years and being paid relative peanuts for his production, than a guy that is a UFA this upcoming offseason, let's just offer them Harris and they'll jump at the opportunity?

Word out of Houston is Dragic might still start because he has been playing well. I guess it is no lock for Lowry to get his job back.

If that is true then maybe they would move Lowry

Doesn't he have like the lowest PER in the league for the last two years?

You're probably remembering these awesome charts that Freak posted a few months ago:

It looks like The Dragic has improved on his +/- since then.

This is interesting information. His Synergy numbers are good on both offense and defense, so it's weird to see him so low. I'm not that firm of a believer in +/-, but to be ranked dead last both years is a little discouraging. Thanks for these.

If you're talking about Dragic, he has a PER of 18.01 right now and had a PER of 17.7 with Houston last year for the last 22 games when he was with them. His ability to make the three is looking better and better; we need shooting bad. My semi-wet dream would be Dragic, Harden, and Hayward for our pg/wings.

That would be wonderful. Lose Big Al along with that and we could be quite a team.

I just reposted the old charts. It appears that he has improved his +/- quite a bit since then (I don't have it on me).
