What's new

Eric Gord

Was Injured a lot with the Clips?

He has never played all 82 games. Came close his rookie year with 78.

2nd year: 62 (76%)
3rd year: 56 (68%)
4th year: 9 (of 66) (14%)

New Orleans tried to bring him back in the latter part of the season too, so it wasn't like they were holding him out to lose games.

I think the 10-11' he had a lot of wrist injury problems ala Dwill with the Jazz. This past year I think it was all knee injuries.

Regardless of what Utah should do, New Orleans retains right of first refusal on Gordon so I can't see them letting him walk - even with Anthony Davis in tow.
Gordon rejected a 4 year $50 million extension NOH offered in January, but the most another team could offer is 4 yrs $55-58 million. For the difference between what New Orlean's first offer was, I think the Hornets would gladly match that (as opposed to resigning him themselves to a 5-yr $74 mil deal) to keep the principle piece from the Chris Paul deal.

I wish but he'll stay. This means Hayward would be a 3.... Which I want him at SG to let him handle the ball and create

I don't get all the love for 2 guards. We have Hayward and burks. Hayward is not the answer at the 3 other then spot minutes to give more time to burks. We need a sf the most. Some one who can stretch the floor and or be a defensive stopper.

Eric Gordon will stay in NOH or go to Boston now that they have cap room with Allen and Garnett. The trio of Rondo, Pierce, and Gordon, easily rivals OKC's trio and if they could add Garnett back at $10m, then that is a championship team again.

Why we should have taken Kawhi Leonard. His shooting wasn't very good but his improved a lot already. I like Burks a lot but we needed a SF
