Gordon Hayward | Utah Jazz

Hayward is a strong candidate to be named most improved player this season, as the swingman enters his fourth season and expects to take a prominent role in the Jazz's offense. Like many others on this list, Hayward suffers from playing in a small market for a team that doesn't make a lot of national TV appearances, but he's quietly one of the most versatile young wings in the game, and was a standout at the USA Basketball Select Team camp this summer in Las Vegas. A great shooter from deep range, Hayward must continue to develop his game to exploit his distinct size advantage and finish at a higher rate around the basket. With his ability to make plays and raise the productivity of his teammates, by 2018 he might be one of the premier wings in the league.

FavorsDerrick Favors | Utah Jazz

Favors recently agreed to a four-year extension with Utah, cementing him as the first of their cornerstone "Core Four" players to be signed long term. At just 22, Favors has a lot of room for growth, particularly on the offensive end, where he is still raw and mechanical, but he's already a solid piece to anchor a team defense around, and a terrific rebounder on both ends of the floor. With the offseason departures of Paul Millsap and Al Jefferson, Favors will have more opportunities to be featured on the offensive end, with the hope of hastening his progression on that front.

So annoyed with speculation, especially if its 4+ years away. Lets watch them develop and save the assumptions for someone else.

What about Wiggins, didn't they put Wiggins down as a Jazzman or did they not want to speculate into the future?
