You enjoyed a 17 win season? You need many, many, years of therapy.
Am I the only realist here? What were you expecting when we traded DM and Gobert and half the team along with them. The jazz screwed up not going all in on the tank in the first two years. The goal of the season wasn’t wins or even compete. It was lose games and and develop the young players. I’m not the one depressed and hating the season because I prepared myself for what the season was all about.

For me watching games was all about catching a glimpse of of the future and what this team might look like and it sure was great to see that a couple of the rookies have real potential.

I’m the one that is well adjusted you are the one sucking your thumb because of only 17 wins. You’re the one that needs therapy to recover. For me the season was entertaining, not in the traditional sense obviously but I was prepared for what was coming. Been prepared ever since DM and Gobert left I’ve been prepared for this.

It’s weird that everyone wants losses but consider this a tough and agonizing year. The agonizing year was the year before the team was blown up when the Jazz played passionless unfeeling unconnected uninspired basketball which culminated in the Jazz getting destroyed by a Dallas team that didn’t have Luka Dončić for half the series. This season by far was far more entertaining than anything that walking dead of a team brought.

Yo, Hendricks looks friggin huge. When they said he worked on his body despite the injury I wasn’t expecting him to be well on his way to Malone arms. I’m sure he’ll have some rust, but he might be fun next season.
If we draft Flagg I have a feeling we're going to have one of the more exhilarating seasons of our time. Hendricks, Flip, Collier, Key, Kessler.. we got so many pieces that have potential to make the big leap.

The dream scenario is all of those guys take a major leap, next season could be a lot of fun.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves.

WE NEED TO KEEP A ****ING LID ON THINGS!!!!!

I mean, I understood that what they were doing was necessary and the right thing for the future. It just wasn't any fun at all to watch. I don't feel like I'm watching the future because I think its really low odds for any given individual on the team that they are still on the team when we are good. When our window opens, bunch of the young guys will get traded for fit pieces. If it doesn't open like this offseason, Markkanen and Sexton won't be here either.

I don't really want to comment more because if you really enjoyed this season, more power to you and I don't want to be a downer. Just for me the intentional losing felt icky and I don't yet feel like I'm watching the guys that will eventually carry my team to the heights. I understand and support what the team is doing, but I didn't enjoy this season even the slightest bit.

This.
I wanted losses every night. I got what I wanted. Doesn't mean I enjoy watching crappy jazz basketball though. I wanted losses because I want Cooper Flagg, not because I enjoy losing. I think it's strange to have enjoyed this jazz season.

The only things I really enjoyed this season was second part of the season Collier flashes of being the future assist king of the league, and Kessler's some very dominant games here and there. Those two I'm most certain that are going to spend in Utah their second contract as well, if this team is going somewhere.

I went back and watched the Collins interview and it was weird asf. He was trying to not get in trouble regarding his injuries or lack thereof and I don't think he wants to be here unless he gets a max extension. If he and his agent test the water and no one wants to pony up I think the Jazz will have a very unhappy camper on their hands if he is forced to opt in.

He will be opting in. There just isn't much cap space or a lot of teams that will use MLE (a big paycut). Opt in and trade, then extension at a lower number with the team that acquirers him would be his best bet.
