Exum having no place in the rotation and Jazz making playoff push

Exum has head trauma. We saw it with Rod's slump last year: everything was there physically; just no focus and follow-through. Exum is brain damaged in a worse way right now, though. Young kid going through some growing pains as a person.

We're going to have to be patient. Very patient. Kid is barreling toward BUST status.

Remember Kanter, who could see the writing on the wall and know he was gonna be a benchie, and then got himself traded to a team that will probably be behind us in the standings for the foreseeable future... where he's coming off the bench??? A lot of Burke comparisons.

Exum really sucks. But his physical profile is elite. You have to give him a shot every time. In some ways its a positive. Gonna get him cheap on his next contract. I still see him as a Devin Harris type at worst.

I actually like his IQ. Those nifty little dump off passes around the hoop are pretty nice. I think he sees the pick and roll pretty well too. The problem to me looks like hes so unconfident. He is terrified to try anything. I think if healthy he would have developed some skills like shooting off the dribble. But instead hes spending this year learning how to run and stop and jump and react etc. It's crazy how remedial the stuff he has to relearn is. Poor guy. But still, I get you. I think he really sucks this year too.

Fact is, you won't change anyone's opinion in a forum... Those who have given up on Dante will only see the bad and those who believe in him with think he's hard done by. Truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

Dante won't be looking to exit IMO. I think he's made of better stuff than most people around here give him credit for.

What really puzzles me is the decisive judgements being made while he is coming off an ACL...

Their could be alot read into that statement "he didn't have much to lose by going to the basket on every touch" ,seems a indirect shot at the coach.

Take away Dante's 4 (3pter's) and he attacked the basket 8 times and got 3 assists where he could easily have doubled that if his team mates made their shots.All caused by a aggressive 1st step.

Dante played too fast at times and made some bad decisions in the last game
