I mean in a real league with 12 teams. And really I like him as a 4 but I think he ends up being somewhere around RB 25 overall.

I don't ever draft kickers or defense. I wait until the last minute and drop a couple dudes after everything is more decided then pick up a defense and kicker.
I typically change my defense almost every week. Try to get whatever defense is going against Miami, Washington, etc. Or playing in bad weather.
