Farewell Taco Bell

I never really liked Taco Bell anyway. I much preferred Del Taco, Taco Time and Taco Maker.

Why does this thread remind me of this:

mmMMMMM I just love any taco I can put in me somehow.

This thread makes me want to cry.

Maybe this will do for the taco what similar reports did for the chicken nugget. Mcdonalds couldn't call it chicken because of a similar problem.
They changed it, and the nugget is actually decent now. Taco Bell make the change to real meat!

False. The McNugget was much better when it was whatever it was before. That breaded chickenlike substance and their sweet & sour sauce got me through many late night study sessions back in the day.

So very true. That and Pretzel Maker parmesan (aka baby/cat puke) pretzels were my college day staples. Helped me get through the semester, and a new wardrobe.

Haha priceless, "Thats why i always prefer Del Taco" ..You all think this is limited to Taco Bell? They're all cut from the same cloth. Del Taco is no doubt just as bad as Taco Bell. Its the nature of the beast, I mean, seriously

Also, can I get in on this lawsuit somehow?? Ive eaten a lot of Taco Bell...

And shouldn't this be moved into the Jazz forum? We should demand a new reward for 6+ blocks in a home game.

"According to the complaint, the non-beef ingredients include water, 'Isolated Oat Product,' wheat oats, soy lecithin, maltodrextrin, anti-dusting agent, autolyzed yeast extract, modified corn starch, and sodium phosphate."

Water? oat? starch? I bet they drain the fat, too. How dare they!

The real question is who the hell buys tacos at The Bell? Even if they used 100% beef, they don't put enough in to be worth it. Instead, the steak or chicken grilled stuffed burritos are where it's at. Or just go to Taco Time or Del Taco where they give a good portion of meat and filler in their tacos.

Or maybe somewhere good like Cafe Rio. I don't know what it is with people and cheap food, then being shocked that they use ****** ingredients. How about - eat quality food and pay the extra buck or two for it?
