"Used to be" hell hole. Sacramento fans will support the team, if given reason to. Kings made the playoffs 8 years in a row from '99-'06. The fans came out. Then the Maloofs ran the team into the ground, threatened to move the franchose and alienated everyone. Randive WILL be a better owner simply because you can't get worse than the Maloofs. And the team is STAYING! Cousins has a chance to be just as popular as Chris Webber was. The problem I see with Cousins is he seems to be pretty much the same player he was when he came into the league. And I think he's ok with that. To him, he's a MAX player right now and believes those around him "owe" him something. I don't see a hungry basketball player. I see a player who is going to play many years just based on his current talents...very good, but never a superstar. And that's the frustration because you see the potential, but not the commitment.

Classic example of a biased Jazz fan. Jazz will probably throw Favors an extension near the MAX. Favors is pretty much the same player now as he was when he came into the league also. One could argue that the Jazz will overpay Favors. I'm just being an a$$ right now by being the devil's advocate. The homerism on this board is nauseating.
 
1- Chris Webber was other worldly. If you compare Cousins to Webber, you're an idiot. Webber was amazing.

2- Cousins is so good, I'm always disappointed when he fouls/gets T'd out of a game. For some reason Sac seems to play better without him. All the talent in the world and no brains. I know PKM says Cousins wants "respect" but tough. No one gives a **** about anyone. Do what everyone else does...keep your mouth shut and go to work. The. You will get "respect". The world is full of ******** and no one is impressed with any of them. Especially ******** who don't win.

Also, if someone could fix Cousin's mind... Wow. He could be amazing. All time amazing. But, a huge if. Too bad.
 
I like Cousins' skill set but to this point I'm not sure he can play winning basketball. Talented though for sure.
