Favors going...Jazz all in on AD [fake rumor]

29 million a year? He deserves it but thats a big hit to the salary for the next couple years until the cap goes up. Seems like NO is really going to struggle to put some talent around him for a couple years.
You have to pay him no matter what, but they will have some trouble until they lose Gordon.

Well his extension will come when the cap is way higher, so probably. Davis was able to get such a large extension because he has made 2 all-star games and an All-NBA First Team during his rookie contract.

Only takes two All-NBA teams and I don't think it has to be the First Team. Rudy should do that in the next two seasons. Hopefully he sets the example and gives Utah a discount so we can keep the team together. I still have my doubts about Hayward. Jazz may very well let Hood take over and just let Gordon walk if he wants $25M+.

The first big jump comes next year.

That is a wet dream right there. AD with Gobert would win how many championships?

Pretty sure the answer is all. All the championships.
