Favors knee soreness takes him out

Left the game after a quarter tonight. That's not good. Last season he missed more games than Gobert, no? Is this just going to be a chronic thing? The season barely began.

Get well, Faves.

He came back from his other weird injury too soon... never completed balance beam and his ribbon twirling routine sucked ***.

On the real though... I did not see him hurt it so yeah a non contact injury on the knee for a guy who has been struggling is worrisome.

KEEP HIM OUT! LET HIM HEAL! SON OF A BITCH!

Bummer.

Favors to me never looked even 80% of his normal self. My guess is he's been running weird and his knee or leg is legit hurting cause of it.

It seems like its been a year since Favors has been 100%. He was beasting early last year before he went down.

This has to be a red flag if thinking of resigning him long term. I love DFAV but he may be the odd man out.

It's definitely a red-flag to extending him for anywhere near a max contract. But it might also be an opportunity to cut a deal that offers him security.

I've been saying that for a while. Jazz are much better defensively with Rudy and Favs both in the game. But we can't pay everyone and Lyles is developing nicely. At this point, I'd prioritize Hood and Hill. Use our draft picks on bigs. Who knows, maybe even Bolomboy develops into a very good back up to Lyles.
