Collier is certainly a good passer, but has a ton of assist opportunities because he cant score on anything that isnt 1 on 1 coverage without a big in the paint vs a player he can bump (which is certainly a large number of players in the NBA which why it can kind of work sometimes, because he's so gifted with downhill strength)
