Well, three starters and one of the better bench players are out for the warriors we should sit Collins too.
Yeah if Collins is truly on the block and in trade talks playing him would be crazy, especially when we saw Sexton just get injured.

Gotta help the warriors in the playoff race vs t-wolves and give the warriors a win here.
Warriors also might complete a trade before the game starts that could leave them extremely short handed
Max Christie (though he was a far secondary piece) played when, presumably, the Mavs and Lakers had their trade virtually wrapped up.
Was it virtually wrapped up? Did the convo start before the game started?
I thought I saw something about how Redick knew that the trade was going down before the trade started (might be wrong).

Really gotta hope Lauri is out only for tanking reasons. Would be very worrying if his back gets spasms after one game where he tried to be even a bit more active. I mean that would royally suck.
Back problems just don't go away. I'm sure if it was a must win game scenario he'd be playing, but it's not

Lauri hasn't had actual back problems since early November, when he was out for a longer period after doing his back in the 4th game of the season.
It's just a much more convenient way for the team to tank him out of games. If he were out because of "rest" too much, the NBA would get interested at some point. And fabricating another injury is unnecessary. Plus of course back injuries can be recurring and long-lasting so the excuse makes sense.
Note: the Jazz are followed every single day by many beat writers. Not one of them has written anything about Lauri's back, asked Lauri about his back, asked Hardy about his back - not once. That should tell you enough.
