I need to inspect the rosters closer but initially I'd say China got a great group draw and should be able to survive Group A.

How many fouls are players allowed in this thing? I forget. Chinese players seem to hack and foul a ton. Still if Zhou Qi is on this team he should dominate in the initial stage.

    Group B; Nigeria

Group C: Spain. They got a good draw/grouping.

    Group D; Serbia

    Group E: USA

Group F: Greece. This is one of the more competitive groups.

    Group G; France

Group H; Canada. This to me is the most entertaining of all the groups.

Team USA to win, if someone beats them I think it will be Serbia.

I literally could not care less who wins, I just don't want Donovan to get injured or stunt his development or preparation for the season in any way. If Donovan has zero issues then I will consider that a win. Anything happens to him that affects the coming season will qualify as a dismal failure and should prompt the jazz to bar any players from future such events. As if Exum wasn't bad enough.

I would definitely add gobert not getting hurt to the list. Maybe even ahead of donovan getting hurt.

    Best case scenario (minus injuries).

This. If any of them encounter any issues due to this then the jazz need to withdraw all their players from all future competitions. Write it into the contract.

Don’t the Chinese want to murder Mitchell because of some fan slight, or something?

Not sure but I'm wondering if I'll be able to watch any of these games due to the time difference
